Mold Remediation · Gadsden & Oxford, ALSealed off. Cut out. Built back.

Musty smell, growth on the baseboard, stained paneling. Call any hour and we come look.

Mold Remediation

Mold gets removed, not painted over.

Mold grows where things stay damp, like a leak behind a wall or a closet that never dries.

Paint and sprays hide the stain.

The growth is still there.

We seal off the area, take out what is moldy and clean the framing that stays.

We also find the water that fed it.

If that stays, the mold can come back.

Then we rebuild, so you are not hiring a second crew.

When to call

What to look for.

Any one of these is worth a call to (256) 624-8206. We answer 24 hours.

  1. A musty smell

A damp, earthy smell in a room, closet or crawlspace is a sign. Something there is damp or has been.

  2. Growth on baseboards or walls

Dark spots along a baseboard, in a closet or in a bathroom corner. Call before you wipe it.

  3. Stained or warped paneling

Wood paneling with dark stains or soft spots has been wet. Mold can sit behind it.

  4. A damp crawlspace

Standing water, wet insulation or a missing vapor barrier keep the air under the house damp.

  5. A leak that never got fixed

Old water stains on a ceiling or wall mean moisture got in. Mold grows where it stays.

    You call, we look

    Call (256) 624-8206 any hour.

We come out, check the area with a moisture meter and look for the water source.

  2. 02

    Seal off the area

We hang plastic containment walls around the work area.

That helps keep the mold from spreading to other rooms.

  3. 03

    Clean the air

An air scrubber runs inside the containment while we work.

It pulls loose particles out of the air.

  4. 04

    Take out what is moldy

Moldy drywall, carpet and paneling come out of the house.

The framing and subfloor that stay get cleaned.

  5. 05

    Fix the source, rebuild

We fix what let the water in.

Then new drywall, paint, trim and flooring go back in.

5 out of 5 stars

We had Josh fix some paneling that had water and mold damage to it and he went above and beyond expectations. He was very communicative the whole time and showed up every single day on time. He dry walled two of our walls and painted them and they turned out stunning!! He worked hard every day and you can tell in the finished product. I will be recommending him to everyone I know! 5/5 ⭐️
